These terms govern the use of the Sarrai platform by business customers. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
Scope and acceptance
These terms govern the use of Sarrai (the "Service") by business customers. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms.
Contracting party
The Service is provided by Sarrai BV, established at Witvenstraat 146, 2940 Stabroek, Belgium, company number BE 06 537 798 02 (hereinafter "we", "us").
Account and administrator
The tenant admin is responsible for accurate account details, access management and keeping login credentials secure. Activities carried out under an account are deemed to have been performed by the customer.
Permitted use
You use the Service only in a lawful and reasonable manner. At a minimum, the following is prohibited:
- abuse, security testing without permission, scraping or other disruptive actions;
- uploading/publishing illegal, harmful or infringing content;
- use in breach of applicable law or the rights of third parties.
Customer content and data
You remain the owner of your own content and data. You grant us only the rights necessary to technically provide the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you supply.
AI functionality
AI results are probabilistic and may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for checking, validating and making business decisions based on AI output.
Plans, paid features and billing
Knowledge base management is available on the free plan. AI agent functions and other premium features require a paid plan. Detailed rules on pricing, upgrades, downgrades, termination, VAT and refunds are set out in the Billing Policy.
Term, termination and discontinuation
The contract runs for as long as an active tenant exists. You can terminate via the self-service settings. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of serious abuse, fraud, security risk or breach of contract.
Availability and changes
We strive for a reliable and continuous service, but provide no absolute uptime guarantee. We may modify functionality, APIs and the UI in order to support security, quality or product evolution.
Intellectual property
All rights to the software, documentation, brand name and platform components remain with us or our licensors. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the Service.
Confidentiality
Both parties treat non-public business information as confidential and use it only for the performance of the collaboration, unless disclosure is required by law.
Liability and indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, reputational damage or data loss. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use or unlawful content.
Governing law and competent court
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of disputes, the courts of Antwerp, Antwerp division have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. We communicate material changes via the website, email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
