Why we charge a fixed price instead of per conversation

What happens when I run out of conversations or hit one of the limits? The system will just keep working. You get a notice at 70%, 90% and 100% of the tier's limits. Before you reach 100%, you decide what happens. You either activate a bundle at € 30 or simply pause the AI-agent until next month. Every question that comes in is automatically escalated to your inbox.

What is a conversation?

What is a knowledgebase item?
One article or procedure in your knowledge base. Versions do not count separately.
What is a KickStart session?
One session in which either documents are converted into helpdesk articles, or the AI assistant is used to interview the user and then write helpdesk articles.
Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All prices are always exclusive of 21% VAT.
How often do I receive an invoice?
If you take a monthly subscription, you get your invoice neatly every month. If you pay for a whole year at once, you get a single invoice for the full year.
Can I pay by bank transfer or credit card?
Yes, we offer both bank transfers and credit cards as payment methods.
What is the refund policy?
The first 30 days are always completely free. Ten days before the end of your trial you get an e-mail reminder to complete your payment details. If you don't, no charges are made.
Can I downgrade to a lower plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you paid for a whole year up front, those costs are settled pro rata — you only pay the right amount on top or get the difference refunded.
