Why we charge a fixed price instead of per conversation

What happens when I run out of conversations or hit one of the limits? The system will just keep working. You get a notice at 70%, 90% and 100% of the tier's limits. Before you reach 100%, you decide what happens. You either activate a bundle at € 30 per 100 extra conversations, or simply pause the AI agent until next month. If you pause, every question that comes in is automatically escalated to your inbox. Nothing gets lost. You decide once per account (auto-extend), or again at every notice.

What is a Kickstart session?

One session in which either documents are converted into helpdesk articles, or the AI assistant interviews you and writes helpdesk articles based on your answers.

Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

All prices are always exclusive of 21% VAT.

How often do I receive an invoice?

If you take a monthly subscription, you simply get an invoice every month. If you pay for a whole year at once, you get a single invoice for the full year.

Can I pay by bank transfer or credit card?

Yes, we offer both bank transfers and credit cards as payment methods.

When does my paid subscription start?

Only after your free 30-day trial. Ten days before the end of your trial you get an e-mail reminder to complete your payment details. If you don't, no charges are made and you automatically continue on the free plan.

What happens after my free trial?

You lose nothing. If you don't pick a paid plan, you automatically continue on the free plan: your knowledge base and chat widget stay live, with 50 conversations per month. Your existing content stays in place, and you can upgrade at any time.

Can I downgrade to a lower plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you paid for a whole year up front, those costs are settled pro rata. You only pay the right amount on top or get the difference refunded.
