Sarrai knows your customer already.
A visitor starts a conversation. Sarrai recognizes who it is and records their data. The name, the job title and the company show next to the conversation.
If Sarrai does not recognize the customer, it asks the customer for their details. If the customer does not answer, you select the contact yourself. In both cases, the conversation goes to the correct place in the history.
Everything per company and per contact.
Sarrai keeps companies and contacts separate. A company has an address, a VAT number and a customer number. A contact has a job title, an email address and a phone number.
Open a customer and you see all their conversations in one list. How many there were, which are still open, which went to an agent, and when the last conversation was.
You can search on name, email address, phone number or city.
Your webshop already knows who signs in.
Add the chat widget to your webshop or your website, and send the data of the signed-in customer with it. Sarrai recognizes that customer from their first message and keeps their data up to date.
