We default the repetitive share to 50%, because across customer service teams an AI agent typically handles around half of incoming questions on its own. Routine things like order status or opening hours run higher, complex cases run lower. Lower the slider if you want a careful estimate.
The real return is rarely only money. Faster replies, fewer things slipping through, and a team that is not buried in the same five questions tend to matter just as much.
