We build software for an idea we miss in our own work.
That the best knowledge in a company too often stays inside one person's head. That documentation is something you take on the side, not something you're given time for. That AI can unlock that value — provided it serves, and doesn't replace the person who really knows.
Every company runs on knowledge that's written down nowhere.
You know the picture. The owner answering a customer's question late in the evening because no one else knows how. The colleague heading into retirement, where everyone knows in advance: we're going to miss that one detail. The new hire who, in their first weeks, has to ask the same question five times, each time to someone different.
That knowledge does exist. But it sits in heads, in old emails, in unstructured documents, in chats no one can find again. And whoever tries to write it down properly gets stuck: documenting feels like a side task, is time-consuming, and rarely gets finished.
That was our observation. And we thought: if you can talk with someone instead of only at a blank page, it gets easier. If AI listens along, gives structure, and only asks you to reread — then documentation can become something that happens by itself, while you simply do your work.
For years I've watched companies struggle with the same patterns — knowledge that doesn't flow through, people who feel overloaded, customers who get conflicting answers. The technology to solve it was there, but not in a way that was small enough and human enough for an SME. With Sarrai we want to put AI in the service of the people who really know how a business works, instead of the other way around.
Four starting points we fall back on every day.
The person knows, not the machine.
Sarrai asks, structures, suggests. But the last word is always yours or your team's. We don't believe in AI that claims authority over knowledge it doesn't have. We think it's essential that you can always trace which sources were used for every AI answer.
Less new workload, more return on what's already there.
We don't build yet another platform your team has to learn on top of everything else. Sarrai hooks into how people already talk, ask questions and work. Everything we add to the knowledge base has to save time, not cost extra.
Your knowledge is your business. We look after it.
Your data stays in the EU and is never used to train AI models outside Sarrai. You own your content at all times and can export everything. The Sarrai platform is built with privacy and GDPR in mind.
Honest about what AI can and can't do.
A hallucination dressed up as an answer is worse than no answer. Sarrai says so when it doesn't know something. We say so when a feature is still growing. Our promises are no bigger than what we can deliver today.
We build close to the people who use Sarrai.
Sarrai isn't just any AI tool. We work directly with the owners, ops leads and team heads who use it every day. What they run into during their workday lands in the products within a few weeks. What doesn't work, we take back out.
Every customer gets a person, not a ticketing system. No ringtone in a queue, no chatbot with a knowledge base that doesn't hold your question. We think along with you about how to set up your documentation, which parts take priority, and where Sarrai on its own isn't the best solution (because those situations exist too).
We grow carefully. We'd rather have twenty customers where we make a real difference than two hundred we drift past loosely. That's a choice — and one we don't intend to reverse for now.
Best we have a chat.
