A good month shouldn't cost you anything extra
Most support tools let you pay per resolved conversation. If the AI resolves a lot of questions, your bill climbs right along with it. We charge a fixed price per plan, so you know exactly what you pay.
Every resolved conversation counts
One plan, one price
A month with more revenue is something to celebrate
The questions pour in, your team helps everyone along smoothly and the AI catches most of it itself. A great month — until you open the invoice and see that it's precisely that busyness that cost you money. With a price per conversation you pay for every resolved contact, so suddenly success becomes something you have to factor in.
How a price per conversation drives up your bill
Three big names show clearly how this plays out. With Fin, Intercom charges roughly 0.99 dollars for every conversation the AI handles. Gorgias counts a resolved AI ticket twice — once as a ticket and once as an AI resolution — so you pay twice for the same contact. Zendesk charges 1.50 to 2 dollars per resolution, and since January 2026 it automatically bills everything above your volume, without giving you any advance warning.
Figures correct as of June 2026.
Success shouldn't be taxed
There's something off about a model where your supplier earns more the better you run. Every extra resolved conversation is good news for you and for your customers, but with a price per resolution it also becomes another line on your invoice. You're effectively paying a penalty on your own progress. A price that climbs with how busy you are pulls your interests apart.
A fixed price you know in advance
With Sarrai you choose a plan that fits your volume, and you pay a fixed monthly price for it. Within that plan it makes no difference whether it's a quiet or a busy month — your bill stays the same. There's no per-conversation counter running and no surcharge if you have a peak. If you really outgrow your plan, you move up to a higher one or buy an extra bundle temporarily. That's how you avoid the surprises after the fact.

Why we dare to do this
We could earn extra revenue by simply charging for every conversation separately, the way our competition does. But we deliberately don't, because we think fair pricing matters enormously. It's not right for your supplier to earn more whenever you have a good month.
Sarrai runs on European infrastructure and has been built around GDPR from the very start.
