Why I'm building Sarrai

I'm Steven. I've been building software for years, and spent just as many years in customer support. At every company I worked for, the same thing struck me: there's always one person who really knows. How that software fits together, why we work the way we do, what to do when that one error message comes back.

Those people are worth their weight in gold. But they're also never done with their work — everyone stops by their desk. And when they leave or fall ill, their knowledge goes with them.

That's why I'm building Sarrai. Our AI assistant does what AI is really good at: writing, structuring and refining. It helps your team capture knowledge the moment it arises, and hands it back to whoever needs it tomorrow.
