We turn the interviews into structured articles and collections. You get reviews along the way so we land on the right tone and depth.

A two-hour session where we teach your team how to build on it themselves, train Sarrai, and tackle knowledge gaps.

Aftercare without an invoice Week 7-18

For three months we stay available for questions and small adjustments — because a good knowledge base needs a little time to grow within the team.

Any questions?

What does a guidance track cost?
The price depends on the size of your team and the breadth of what we capture. After the first call you get a concrete price indication — no quote process with three iterations. You can still decide afterwards whether to go ahead or not.
How much time does it cost my team?
Reckon on 2 to 3 hours per key staff member for the interviews on average, spread over two sessions. On top of that comes a short review of the delivered articles, usually 1 hour per person.
Do we already need to use Sarrai?
No. The guidance track includes a Sarrai licence for the first year. If you're already a customer, we deduct that licence cost from the total price.
What if we already have a (half-finished) knowledge base?
Then we start from that point. We assess what's reusable, where the gaps are, and add to it instead of starting over.
Do you also work for companies outside Belgium?
We primarily work in Belgium and the Netherlands. For other European companies we look case by case, as long as the working language is Dutch or English.
